With the killarney duplex project now complete, we will be focussing our attention on the upcoming richmond three unit townhouse.  This is going to be an interesting and lengthy year long building process. We will continue to update this blog site with posts as construction begins and milestones are reached.

With the project now complete with the exception of exterior landscaping, we agreed to a tentative sale for the 3010 side.  Here are some photographs taken by our photographer of the staged home.
