Framing part 3

With more underground storm water work behind us the framers are back and carrying on with building the main floor walls.  The 11 ft ceiling of the living room in the front two houses is definitely the distinguishing feature of this design.

Note the step down in ceiling height from 11 ft, to 9 ft.
